Coming Soon: Release 6 of Andrew Macaulay’s Modules

The next major release of Andrew Macaulay’s Modules for Voltage Modular will be published soon (target is by end January/early February 2022). The release includes a set of minor and more significant enhancements to the 64 modules that are currently available, as well as 22 new modules being added across the collections.

The modules with significant enhancements include: Clock Generator, CV Delay and Processor, Delayed LFO, ENV-20 EG2 Envelope, Micro Envelope, Micro Envelope VCA, Micro Meters, Pitch CV Modifier, Pitch CV Transpose, Sample/Track & Hold, Step Generator, Stereo/Mid-Side Processor, Trigger Delay, Voltage-Controlled Envelope, Voltage-Controlled Ratchet. Many of the other modules have had UI improvements, fixes and code optimisation.

The new modules are: A440 Tuning, Stretch Tuning, Micro-Tuning/Micro-Tuning Plus, Drift Generator, Eight Mono Amplifiers, Eight Mono Gated Switches, Eight Mono VCAs, Eight Poly Amplifiers, Eight Poly Gated Switches, Eight Poly VCAs, Poly IO Bus Plus, Poly ENV20-EG2 Envelope, Poly Micro Envelope, Poly Micro Envelope VCA, Fixed DC Voltages, Sequencer Gate Switch for VM2500, Time Meter, Dual Frequency Meter, Frequency to CV, Trigger to Fixed Gate as well as a UI Settings Configurator.

INTRODUCING A NEW BUNDLE

Given the number of new modules in the Keyboard Control and Performance Control area, I will also be introducing a NEW collection to the suite, the Performance and MIDI Collection (named in preparation for some more MIDI specific modules in future releases). This will include some existing modules from other collections, as well as brand new modules. This new collection will be included in the Ultimate Bundle for all existing and new users of the Ultimate Bundle.

NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE

Given the number of new modules, prices for some of the Collections and the Ultimate Bundle will be increasing a small amount with this release, but there will be an Introductory Sale for the collections retaining existing bundle prices for a short time after release. At the same time, to ensure consistency in pricing, there are a few price reductions for some simpler individual modules.

Existing users of modules will (as always) get the updates automatically, existing users of collections will get any modules added to the collections they own, and existing users of the Ultimate Bundle will receive all the new modules for free!
